THE JACKSON RAMP

The Jackson ramp is the an extensive renovation of an existing parking structure that's in poor condition. The project began April 25, 2011 and will be completed and re-opened to public parking mid-September 2011.

The Jackson Ramp is the first phase of the Pioneer Endicott Project set to be completed in the end of 2012. This historic complex will undergo a complete transformation that will preserve 3 of St. Paul's landmark buildings converting them into a modern mixed use development; The Pioneer Press (Solon Spencer Berman, 1889) The Endicott on 4th, (Cass Gilbert, 1890), The Endocott on Robert (Cass Gilbert, 1890)
