The Lowry Building
The Lowry Building had been tainted with failed redevelopment several times over the past 12 years with large contractors. Crowe Construction Management was brought to the project in 2004 and helped make it a huge success.
Together with PAK Properties and Collaborative Design Group the building was converted from a vacant and neglected medical arts building. It is now a highly desirable place to reside in the most prestigious area of downtown St. Paul across from the Lawson Software and the St. Paul Hotel. The Lowry has 10 residential floors with 135 True Loft Condos. Retail, restaurants, and an art gallery occupy the first floor, with the skyway level devoted to modern office spaces making it a true mixed use development. The Lowry was a design/build project in which Crowe Construction Management, from start to finish conceptualized and managed the entire project from exterior restoration to tenant build-outs such as the Lowry Theater and St. Paul Conservatory School. Also included with the project was the restoration of an eight story parking ramp attached to the Lowry Building.
