Highland Park Townhomes
Montreal Terrace is a six-unit, two-story upscale townhome complex located in the vibrant Highland Park area of St. Paul. This project was completed in the fall of 2003 for Meridian Townhomes a division of Meriden Management.
The residences range in size from 1,770 to 2,250 finished square feet with an open floor plan, a home office area and master bath. They have fireplaces, nine-foot high first floor ceilings, bay windows, porches and solid wood maple flooring. State-of-the-art gourmet kitchens, which open on to the living room, feature cherry finished maple cabinets, wine racks and granite counter-tops. Tuck under garages are concealed by earth berming and located in the back leaving the front to reflect the pedestrian friendly neighborhood known as the Village. Exteriors are finished with durable Hardi Board siding.
